TALNTD
For businesses

One brand, your whole team,
every job in one place.

If you run a cleaning company, a maintenance firm, a salon, a tutoring centre or a contracting outfit anywhere in the GCC, a business account on TALNTD lets you list your services under your own name, bring your staff in, and hand out work without a group chat and a spreadsheet doing the coordinating.

Free to join. No listing fee, no subscription, no commission.

The shape of it

Built for a company, not for one person with a van.

A provider account is one person and one calendar. A business account assumes several people, shared services and someone who needs to see all of it at once. Everything below comes with it.

Services under one brand

Every service you offer is listed against the company, not scattered across individual accounts. Customers find and book the business, and your name is the one they remember.

Your team, invited by email

Add staff by sending an invitation to their email address. Each person gets their own login rather than sharing a password with the whole workshop.

The whole operation on one screen

Incoming requests, quotes out, jobs in progress and completed work, across every member of staff, without ringing round to find out where anyone is.

Your team

From a booking request to the right person on site.

The bit that usually falls apart is the handover. Four steps, all inside the app, all recorded.

Invite a staff member

Send an invitation to their email address. They set up their own login, so the account is genuinely theirs and you are not sharing credentials around the team.

A booking comes in to the business

The customer books your company. The request lands with the business, and the conversation about scope and price happens under the company name.

Assign the job

Hand the booking to whoever is right for it. They get a notification with the details rather than a forwarded screenshot at half past ten at night.

They accept or they reject it

Staff confirm they are taking the job, or turn it down so you can reassign it while there is still time. You find out before the customer does, which is the entire point.

Why per-staff logins matter. One shared account means nobody knows who accepted what, nobody can be held to a job, and removing someone who leaves means changing a password everyone uses. Separate logins fix all three at once.

Reputation

Your business rating is its own thing.

Provider ratings and business ratings are tracked separately. A company's reputation is built on the work its team delivers under the company name, and it is not mixed in with anything anyone does independently.

Earned on completed jobs

A review can only be left after a booking is finished. Your rating is a record of delivered work, which is why it is worth having.

Photos and anonymous reviews

Customers can attach photos and can leave a review anonymously. Well finished work photographs well, and that goes on your listing.

Verified at signup

Businesses verify identity with a government-issued ID and a selfie, the same as individual providers. Customers are not asked for documents.

Bookings and quotes

Contracts you can actually plan around.

Everything an individual provider gets, a business gets too, which matters most on the work that repeats.

Recurring contracts

Weekly, every two weeks, monthly or a custom cadence. A single visit can be skipped or rescheduled without disturbing the rest of the series, and a whole series can be ended under a notice policy both sides agreed at the start.

Itemised quotes and counters

Break a quote into labour, parts and anything else. The customer can accept or come back with their own numbers, you can revise, and the full negotiation history stays attached to the booking.

Availability that reflects reality

Working hours, the notice you need before a job starts, and how far ahead you can be booked. Customers are only ever offered slots you can genuinely staff.

Notifications that arrive on time

New booking requests, quotes and counters, reminders before a job starts, cancellations, and staff assignments. The team hears about a change when it happens, not afterwards.

Communication

When your team and your customer do not share a language.

Most companies in this region are multilingual by necessity, and the gap between a technician and a customer is a real source of bad jobs. In-app chat carries text, photos, voice notes, documents and location, and messages translate automatically.

Scope it before you send anyone

Photos of the problem, a voice note explaining it, the exact location pinned. Your quote is based on what the job actually is instead of what someone guessed on the phone.

17 languages, translated as you go

Including Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Tagalog, Nepali, Sinhala, Persian, Indonesian, Russian, French, German, Spanish and Turkish. Your staff use the app in their own language, and messages arrive in the reader's.

Cost

Free, and we mean the plain version of that word.

No listing fee, no subscription, no commission and no paid placement that pushes you above a competitor. There is no premium tier to be upsold into later this quarter.

How payment works today. TALNTD is launching without in-app payments. You agree a price with the customer in the app, and you settle it directly between yourselves however suits you both. We will say so clearly, here and in the app, before that ever changes.

If a fee ever arrives. A marketplace has to pay for itself eventually. If we introduce one, we will tell you before it starts and it will be shown clearly before any booking is accepted. Nothing gets taken quietly out of work you already agreed.

Where we are

We are new, and it would be strange to hide it.

TALNTD is rolling out across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, city by city. There is no volume of existing demand for us to point at, and we are not going to invent one.

What being early is worth

Customers browse by category and city. A company listed while its category is still thin is the one people find, and the one accumulating a review history while everyone else is still deciding.

If you are weighing up whether it is worth putting your team on a new platform, write to [email protected]. We will tell you honestly what is happening in your city rather than sending marketing.

Business questions

What companies ask us.

What is the difference between a business and a provider account?

A provider account is one individual with one calendar and a rating of their own. A business account lists services under a company name, supports staff with their own logins, lets you assign jobs to them, and carries a separate business rating. If you work alone, read for providers instead.

How do staff join?

You invite them by email from inside the app. They create their own login and appear on your team, which means you are never sharing one password across the company.

Can a staff member turn down a job I assign?

Yes. An assignment has to be accepted, and a staff member can reject it. That is deliberate: you find out early enough to reassign it rather than discovering nobody turned up.

Does the business rating include work my staff do elsewhere?

No. Provider ratings and business ratings are kept separate. Reviews from bookings taken under your company name build the business rating.

What does it cost?

Nothing right now. No listing fee, no subscription and no commission. If a fee is introduced later we will tell you before it starts, and it will be shown before any booking is accepted.

Can one person hold both a business and a provider role?

Yes. Customer, provider and business are roles on a single account. You can hold more than one and switch between them without signing out.

Which countries do you cover?

The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, with coverage opening city by city. Email [email protected] and tell us where you operate.

Put your company on the map early.

List your services, bring your team in, and start building a business rating before your category fills up.
